Thermoforming

Thermoforming

Thermoforming or Vacuum forming technology is a manufacturing process using plastic sheets and plates of various materials and thicknesses to achieve the required product shape. By heating the plastic sheet to the moulding temperature, the thermoplastic melts, the molten mass then fills the mould and, thanks to the vacuum, adheres to the mould and copies its shape.

Our production portfolio is largely made up of car accessories products, especially plastic trunk liners, which we produce for OEM customers in the form of low and deep trunk liners, and also for the accessory under brand Gumárny Zubří, where we offer moreover 150 types of trunk mats made of softened plastics to protect the luggage compartment.

The production hall consists of 3 thermoforming machines, 1 fully automatic workstation and 1 robotic machining workstation. With a capacity of up to 350,000 pieces per year, we are fully prepared to participate in new challenges and projects in this technology across a diverse range of industries.
