We develop tailor-made mixtures according to specific customer requirements. We offer more than 600 types of final rubber compounds or mixtures.
Our compounds have standard properties, quality and lasting conformity. Our chemical specialists are ready to develop rubber compounds according to specific customer requirements.
Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments to measure physicochemical parameters of rubber mixtures and rubber compounds.
The quality is ensured by following the established technological procedures, which is declared by the quality certificates ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001.
Product development
To our partners we offer the entire process of product development with final serial production. From the design of the product based on customer data, through the complete design and manufacturing of toolings, to the production of prototype and serial parts.
We do not limit our product development to rubber and plasticbut we also offer multi-component products.
The most common combinations are rubber/plastic, plastic/metal, rubber/metal. We use various manufacturing technologies, including injection, extrusion or thermoforming.
